In the first volume the natural resource potential and limits of its use by mankind have been described, science and philosophy as a form of public conscience have been characterized, a new paradigm of science and philosophy has been provided, empirical confirmations of a polvortex paradigm of the impulse-response system have been developed, system-structural modeling as a type of geometrical formalism of mathematics and a method of qualitative cognition of the world has been performed, the planet-mankind ecosystem has been opened.
The second volume of the monograph is devoted to the planet-mankind ecosystem, socium and personality in the transition period, a modem state of the society, eco-safety problems, and globalization, matter and consciousness, psychophysics, human noospheric (energy information) transfonnation.
