The State Commission of Ukraine on Mineral Resources has fully restored its work in the conditions of martial law.

The reception of materials for the geological and economic assessment of mineral reserves and the conclusion of contracts for the state expertise and assessment of mineral reserves is conducted at the headquarters of the SCMR.

Meetings on review of GEA materials on mineral reserves are held offline, however, if needed by the subsoil user, they can also be held in “video conference” mode.
In particular, on June 30, 2022, 6 meetings were held – 3 offline and 3 online.

The transfer of protocols for review by the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine Working Group on review of the SCMR protocols has been resumed in paper form. 15 protocols were sent for review in June.

Simultaneously, the operation of telephones and communication with employees may be complicated in the event of an airstrike alert, as they must immediately leave their workplaces and move to the nearest bomb shelters following the instructions of the Head of the State Service of Geology and Subsoil of Ukraine.

Dear colleagues and compatriots!

We sincerely congratulate you on the national holiday of Ukraine – the Constitution Day!

The Basic Law of our country that guarantees our citizens universally recognized rights and freedoms has secured the ideals of justice and equality esteemed by all civilized countries of the world.

The Constitution emphasizes the absolute value of a person, human life and health, honor and dignity, inviolability and safety, which is more relevant now than it has ever been, given the unjustified aggression against our country by the neighboring state. The Basic Law is a determining factor that ensures the state sovereignty of Ukraine, the consolidation of society, and the creation of proper conditions for the self-realization of an individual.

Democratic development has never been easy, so let's be patient and believe that the next generations of Ukrainians will live in a completely different country, which can be proudly called a constitutionally developed and legal European state.

Peace for our country! We wish you to never be afraid and never doubt your abilities, never stop halfway to your goal, overcome all obstacles. Let's preserve our Law for the sake of a carefree and peaceful life for every Ukrainian!
